Overview

With 3dcart’s new Order Email Design Service, our professional designers will create custom-branded order emails to be built into your Shift4Shopstore's email system, bringing unique and brand-cohesive order notifications to every one of your customers’ inboxes.

Note: This design service does not include customization to the email's layout, and only includes design customizations to the pre-existing layout. For this reason, we have three layout options: Logan, Burg, and Creek.

Burg is a responsive order email design layout that puts your company's logo right at the top in a clean and minimalist fashion. This layout is all about functional and stylish simplicity; customers are presented with a message confirming their order and informing them on what to expect in their inbox.  Each layout comes packed with all of the order email necessities: order information, order summary, a section for checkout questions, social media buttons and contact information. Customers can even easily view their orders and visit your store at the press of a button. Included as part of this layout is also a section for your online store’s static content, which can be designed to fit your specific business needs.

Dedicated Project Manager

Your design project will be assigned to a dedicated project manager that will become your single point of contact throughout the entire process. As your project manager, they will be in charge of coordinating all of the milestones of your design so that your requests go to our designers and the final product gets delivered back to you.

Customization Questionnaire

Your dedicated project manager will review with you a streamlined questionnaire in order to collect all of the important design details. This will allow our designers to customize and brand your order email layout the way you want that rightfully reflects your unique store’s identity and aesthetic.
